PS: Btw interessante Unterteilung/Bezeichnung der Opt-In-Modi, die mir bis dato auch noch nicht untergekommen ist:

Soft opt-in collects email address for another purpose (e.g.: purchase) at which time the address is added to the marketing file. This is often a pre-checked box.

Active opt-in collects email address when the subscriber actively types it in and ticks “submit”.

Double opt-in collects email address through an active opt in, and then requires a second or double confirmation via reply to an email sent to that address.
