Email volume increased by 17.1 percent in Q2 2016 compared to Q2 2015, while open rates actually matched or were above those in Q2 2015. The YOY unique click rate declined from 2 percent to 1.8 percent, while the actual number of clicks received in the quarter rose by 7 percent.
