Wie auf eMarketer.com zu lesen ist, empfehlen Smith Harmon auf Basis ihrer Erhebung insbesondere Montag und Dienstag als E-Mail-Versandtage im Hinblick auf die beste Response. Dies bestätigt im Prinzip die Ergebnisse der jüngsten Studie zur Öffnungsrate von Dialog Mail (vgl. Ergebnismatrix bzw. vorangegangener Beitrag).
Nun ja… zum Thema “Wann ist der optimale Versandzeitpunkt” gibt es viele verschiedene Meinungen und Studien mit teils unterschiedlichen Ergebnissen (vgl. Beitrag). Auch wenn es ernüchternd ist 😉 halte ich persönlich es mitlerweile mit Simms Jenkins, dem Autor von The Truth about Email Marketing (siehe Buchvorstellung), der in einem iMediaConnection.com-Interview kürzlich sagte:
